Key Points of Our Refund Policy:
- No Refunds on Completed Work: Once a service, campaign, or project has begun or is completed, no refunds will be issued, as significant time and resources are dedicated to achieving your marketing goals.
- Cancellations: If a client wishes to cancel an ongoing service, notice must be provided at least 15 days in advance. Any work already performed up until the cancellation date will be billed, and no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
- Deposits and Prepayments: Any deposits or prepayments made for services are non-refundable, except in cases where services have not yet begun. If services have started, no refunds will be provided.
- Project Delays and Adjustments: If a project is delayed due to a client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals, refunds will not be issued. We will work with you to reschedule and adjust timelines where possible.
- Performance-Based Services: For services such as SEO, PPC, ORM, GMB, and social media campaigns, results may vary based on market conditions and competition. Refunds will not be provided based on the performance or perceived success of a campaign, as these are influenced by factors beyond our control.
